I combine my teaching of yoga with my knowledge and experience as a Wellbeing Coach & mentor, working with both individuals and organisations. I love to see people energised and happy with the many changes that occur in their lives once they choose take responsibility for their health and wellbeing
I trained with the Yogasara Academy here in Bristol for two years, under the instruction of Christopher Gladwell and Sarah Harlow both experienced practitioners and teachers and am an accredited yoga teacher with the IYN (Independent Yoga Network).

I found yoga at a time when I was an unhappy, tired and stressed out business owner, wife and mother.  Yoga and the amazing support from the yogic community enabled me to change my life for the better.

I’m still a business owner, wife and mother but have found a whole new way of being all of those, and still being true to myself.  Regular study and practice of yoga has given me strength of mind and body plus the awareness and space to realise my potential and really live life to the full.

Katie's Classes at BYC

I teach vinyasa flow yoga with a focus on strength and flexibility along with breathing practices to boost physical and emotional wellbeing. I teach with passion and humour for improved everyday wellness.

Flow classes offer a strong, physical practice aimed towards intermediate level and beginner practitioners, plus those who want to rejuvenate their practice through revisiting the foundations of yoga.

I offer detailed instructions and modifications to postures so that all levels and body types can experience the practice fully and safely. Yoga is for everyone and a wonderful way to really get to know yourself and your body. Flow classes offer a more aerobic approach to yoga practice.
