Sara-Jo enjoys teaching Yoga inspired by so many great teachers. Having spent thousands of hours in different trainings in yoga, she enjoys being in the moment, and teaching simply and effectively to bring balance in all aspects of life.

Sara-Jo is currently studying Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Experiential Anatomy in Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra. She is Registered with Yoga for Health and Education Trust.
Yoga for Backs Class
This class is a great way to get in touch with your 'Core being' accessible for all of you who have an interest in looking after yourselves. Whether you are approaching movement for the first time, wish to maintain good movement or need a practise to help you in your working life or retirement, yoga can make a real difference. This practice will help to bring bodies back into balance and releasing tensions.

Sara-Jo will also be starting 'Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs' course from Tuesday 14th November 2017 at the Bristol Yoga Centre. This is a comprehensive 12 week course designed to give you long term benefits. You will be taught how to bring postural improvements, mental focus, and relaxation techniques that can be effectively used in your daily life.

Join Sara-Jo for this sixty minute relaxation -who is an iRest Teacher-in-Training Level 1, informed by the teachings of Richard Miller and the Integrative Restoration Institute.
