'I really enjoyed the course because it gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge about the philosophy and the tradition of Yoga. It has covered all those aspects which are usually not taught in a regular Yoga class'.      Dario Melgani

This is a 60 hour course and designed to explore yoga in more depth than you would get in an average class. It is intended for students who would like to develop their knowledge of yoga further or are considering whether to teach.

This is not a teacher training course but it will provide the basics and serve as an introduction to BWY diploma (this course is normally prerequisite for those wishing to train to become a BWY Yoga Teacher). It will also be complementary to other yoga training courses such as 200 hours or 500 hours Yoga Alliance.

Feedback from previous students

"The foundation course was so enjoyable, I looked forward to every session. It answered so many questions about Yoga way beyond my regular asana class. Naomi is a wonderful teacher, her knowledge is abundant and she communicates it clearly with a lovely sense of fun."

Jo Derrick

"I feel that the course was a great adventure for me, very nourishing and revealing about yoga and about myself. I enjoyed it enormously and will miss it a lot. I felt so privileged to have all that wonderful time to share with like minded people. Naomi is very a dedicated, knowledgeable and well prepared teacher. She knows many different techniques i.e. for breathing, resting, chanting etc. which always left me feeling i had tried something new! Naomi is very down to earth and in her approach to yoga. she inspires you to be whatever you must be in that exact moment of your journey."
