Yoga for the New Year at the Bristol Yoga Centre

This session will be great for kick starting your practice after Christmas and New Year with energising and relaxing session of asanas (postures) and cleansing pranayama (breathing technique).

We will also take a look at the concept of Sankalpa (positive intention) and apply this to our meditation practice.

All levels of students welcome!
