 Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore Style for everyone including beginners

During this workshop we will uncover what happens in a Mysore Style Self-Practise Class, taking away the mystery and hopefully any fear about learning Ashtanga Vinyasa the traditional way!

Arianna Palin will introduce Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, explaining a bit about the practise, its background & its fundamentals, & then we will learn the opening Sun Salutations & some of the Standing Postures.

You will come away from the session empowered & equipped with the foundations to begin building your own Ashtanga practise, with the help of a teacher, at a Mysore Self Practise class (or at home). Learning Ashtanga Vinyasa through your own guided self-practise is the most effective way of learning it because you can progress at your own pace, addressing what you need to address with the help of a teacher where necessary. Furthermore it is empowering because you learn the sequences yourself, and strengthening because of the self-discipline required to commit to this kind of practise. Lastly it is joyful & extremely peaceful to learn in a self practise space where everyone is guided by the sound of the breath.

All levels are welcome - including complete beginners - because you do not need to be an experienced practitioner to begin coming to Mysore classes. All you need is the desire to dive into Ashtanga. Come & uncover the truth about Mysore Self Practise.
