I am currently a student at the University of Bristol. Yoga brings me presence of mind, in the fast paced life that surrounds me. I decided to complete a 200 hour yoga training course in South Africa during the lockdown in 2020. During this time, yoga showed me that no matter what, our bodies can persevere with strength. Since then, yoga has become a part of my life in more ways than one, and I look forward to sharing the benefits of both mind and body, with others who choose to practice with me.

Yoga keeps me grounded, it reminds me of my strength and the connection my body shares with my mind. In particular, what I appreciate most about yoga is the innate flow of energy that I can feel as I flow through the poses.


Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Ella

I teach Vinyasa yoga. In my classes I move through a series of movements, each flowing into the next and creating a line of energy through the body. This yoga style involves controlled movements which will challenge your strength, balance and flexibility. Breathing is a focus, which will help relieve stress by encouraging presence of mind. At the end of each class, I will also offer Savasana and guided mediation, to help release any tension that may have been acquired in the body or mind during the flow.
