This workshop is suitable for yoga teachers, therapists, carers, or anyone who regularly holds space for others in professional and personal capacity. We’ll explore different ways to feel more grounded and present, so that we can support others without burning out or taking on too much.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, our Women’s yoga expert and a very experienced teacher, Claire is hosting a wonderful afternoon yoga class.
All abilities of students including beginners are welcome.
As we are now in the year of the snake, which is associated with wisdom, transformation and mobility, Cecilia is hosting a yoga workshop to kick start the year!
In this introduction to Vision Yoga, we’ll show you an easy and relaxing way to look after your vision using Yoga, Bates Method and Somatic Movement. Through discussions and practice, we’ll explore the intimate connection between eyes, mind and body.
This session with Aimee will include guided cleansing breath, gentle movement and restorative yoga. There will also be time for journaling and reflection. A great way to feel more connected to the natural cycles and take time to pause and be more present.
In this workshop, we will practice and discuss yin yoga, reiki, and the energetic body along to help alleviate unbalance within the body and mind.
This session with Aimee will include guided cleansing breath, gentle movement and restorative yoga. There will also be time for journaling and reflection. A great way to feel more connected to the natural cycles and take time to pause and be more present.
In this workshop, we will practice easy to follow yoga and other therapeutic techniques to help alleviate common symptoms of perimenopause such as anxiety, sleep disturbance and cramps.
