Pregnancy Classes at Bristol Yoga Centre

At Bristol Yoga Centre we offer specialist pregnancy & postnatal classes. If you are new to Pilates or Yoga, it’s best to attend these specialist classes. Our group classes are kept small to allow individual attention and safe practice.

Pregnancy Pilates/Yoga with Celia

Monday 17:00 - 18:00pm

If you already have a regular Pilates or yoga practice and don't feel too tired, you can start these classes during your first trimester. If you are new to Pilates it’s probably best to wait until after your first trimester. You can continue these classes right up until the birth of your baby.
