Monthly Satsang: The 8-limbed Path, Yama: Ahimsa (non-violence)

To begin the exploration of the Yamas, we start by practicing loving-kindness towards ourselves and all beings.

The Sanskrit word "satsang" combines "sat" meaning true, essence, reality and "sanga" meaning association or company. Each gathering follows a simple rhythm: practice, opportunity to share, repeat.

This workshop will be a blend of gentle asana (movement), mudras (sacred gestures), pranayama (breath regulation), dyana (meditation) and discussion. There will be space to reflect, share, journal or sit in contemplation.

Sunday 26th July 2-4:30pm

Monthly Satsang: The 8-limbed Path, Yama: Satya (truth)

Honour South Asian Heritage Month and discover the history of yoga, with an Indian Yoga Teacher. Together, we will honour the wisdom of this ancient practice and learn to live in truth as we become sadhakas; stewards of yoga devoted to the practice.
