Cecilia first stepped on a yoga mat in 2011 and has been practising yoga since then. Her practice has supported her journey to find strength and equanimity. She has practised in Asia and Europe throughout the years and has met a lot of amazing teachers and friends along her yoga path.

Influenced by her studies and practice, Cecilia teaches energetic and fun flows with a grounding element of alignment. She guides students to pay attention to detail alignment and actions throughout the asana practice. By focusing on the detailed actions, every physical self-adjustment becomes a self-awareness and every self-awareness becomes an opportunity to stay mindful at the present. This is what Cecilia has discovered in yoga and it helps her to take good care of her emotions and being.

Cecilia completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Patrick Creelman and a 300-hour Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training with Jason Crandell.


Vinyasa Yoga

This class offers a dynamic class focusing on the movement of our bodies and breath awareness to enhance concentration. Suitable for all levels, this practice is designed to cater to practitioners of varying experience. Join us to cultivate mindfulness and balance through a mindful yoga experience.


Community Guided Deep Relaxation

This is a nourishing class that fuses deep, relaxing restorative poses to release the mind and body stresses. Each session includes gentle movement, short meditation and breathing exercises, perfect for calming the mind and cultivating presence.
