With traditional Hatha yoga training, qualifying in spring 2025, my classes focus on meeting the physical and mental balance that Hatha is all about; strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Holding asanas/poses for 5-20 counts allows you to bring a full-body awareness to the mat, encouraging a deeper intention to your practice.

Offering posture variations, you are able to tailor your class to how your body feels in the moment, and offers accessibility to all types of yogis!

What I hold at the heart of Hatha is connection with your body, there is no ultimate final goal; it’s ’yoga practice’ not ‘yoga perfect.
