My name is Lizzie and I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. After discovering yoga in my early teens, I graduated from my 200 hour teacher training course in July 2024 and have been sharing practice ever since. My journey as both a student and teacher has taken me across Europe and Asia.
I offer dynamic classes for all levels, blending breath, movement and alignment, and adapting yoga postures to each individual. I aim to guide students through an accessible and playful, yet challenging practice that can be adapted to suit individual needs. My classes help build strength, flexibility and mindfulness, fostering an ‘intelligent practice’ and deeper mind-body connection.

A dynamic, fluid, yet accessible style of mindful movement that synchronises each posture with the breath. Expect to be guided through poses designed to release tension and build strength in the shoulders, hips and lower back especially, with plenty of time for deep nourishing rest.
I offer options and adjustments using yoga props throughout, ensuring sequences are accessible and adaptable to individual needs.
