I'm a British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga teacher (level 3) and I am trained to a degree standard in dance & religious studies (Level 4 qualified) where Pilates was a foundation for strength and stability. I have taught Yoga/Pilates in the local community for over 10 years and have worked with a vast variety of stunning people. Even now they still inspire me with their courage to stay genuinely connected in their engagement with body, mind and spirit.
Yoga/Pilates combined class
Yoga/Pilates combined sessions at Bristol Yoga Centre provide an enjoyable format to get you moving. They are an effective, well founded class for strength and suppleness of body and mind. They provide a powerful tool to advance your overall well being. She teaches her love of movement and breath with supportive and inspiring sessions.
Prenatal Yoga/Pilates class
A beautifully tailored prenatal class to support your pregnancy journey. Safe and effective exercises are combined with nourishing breathing techniques, deep relaxations and reassuring language to ensure you feel supported, equipped and focused.
Each session is designed to bring forth and enhance your skills in preparation for labour and beyond, whether you use the session as a much needed respite from your day or as a focused practice into motherhood.

Mother and Baby Yoga Class
Mother and baby Yoga session at BYC provides a safe, gentle and delicate space so mother and baby can replenish, bond and practise together in movement and breath.
A beautifully crafted postnatal session for both mother and baby. Safe and effective exercises are combined with nourishing relaxations, reassuring language to support early motherhood and multiple practise skills to enhance your natural ability to support your baby.
Each session includes exercises for post natal recovery for you, exercises for your baby to enhance their natural development and exercises for you both, to enhance your natural bonding ability. Sessions designed to relax you both deeply, whether you use the session for a much needed rest from your day or just to connect with other like minded mums.
You can start these classes from 6 weeks post birth and continue up until your baby is 1 year old.
Contemporary Dance & Yoga
A beautifully crafted session between Yoga Asana and contemporary movement presented in a classical format. Each class begins with a deep opportunity to connect to your body & breath as you warm, followed by learning two dance sequences (one complex, one nourishing) and completed with a warm, developing and grounding Yoga practice to honour the gentle, spiritual aspects of our breath and our body.
The session aims to:
- Provide a warm space so you can develop your connection to yourself in movement.- Enhance your cognitive ability to retain and execute movement sequences.
- Lead you in movement to develop & enhance your Yoga practice.
Please join us in a bespoke environment to limber, breathe and dance.
