I'm a British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga teacher (level 4) and am trained to a degree standard in dance & religious studies where Pilates was a foundation for strength and stability. Contemporary Dance & Yoga
A beautifully crafted session between Yoga Asana and contemporary movement presented in a classical format. Each class begins with a deep opportunity to connect to your body & breath as you warm, followed by learning two dance sequences (one complex, one nourishing) and completed with a warm, developing and grounding Yoga practice to honour the gentle, spiritual aspects of our breath and our body.
The session aims to:
- Provide a warm space so you can develop your connection to yourself in movement.
- Enhance your cognitive ability to retain and execute movement sequences.
- Lead you in movement to develop & enhance your Yoga practice.
