I am an accredited 550 hour YTT, with additional specialised training in the art of adjustments. With a deep passion of sharing what yoga truly is and the deeper meaning behind it, through entwining anatomy and philosophy into my teachings. I am fortunate to have trained with such inspirational teachers and students around the world.
Iām dedicated to creating a supportive space where students can explore mindful movement and connect deeply with their bodies. I offer one-on-one sessions designed to help individuals navigate challenges and embrace their unique strengths, finding immense joy in guiding students as they grow in confidence and self-awareness.
Yoga Class
In my classes, I emphasise body awareness, breath connection, and mindful movement, focusing on the experience rather than flexibility or complex poses. My approach combines hatha strength, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and meditation, with a special emphasis on the art of slowing down and finding rest.
I bring a well-rounded understanding of both body dynamics and the importance of personal expression. This enables me to integrate physical and spiritual elements. Helping students build strength, resilience, and a deeper sense of self on and off the mat
