This enjoyable 2 hour monthly session explore a free-form, intuitive approach to practice, with a focus on how to move in a more connected, harmonious way. Inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, you will learn to move sensitively, avoiding imposing on the body and helping you to move with ease towards each Asana.
Kate will encourage you to be less fixed on the shape you're making and instead invite you to feel and observe your body as it moves, noticing subtle connections in the body, areas of tension, and patterns of holding that limit your mobility. Learn to use gravity and the breath to both strengthen and release, and find a new freedom of movement in the body.
Everyone is invited, whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or a complete beginner to find more strength and suppleness in the body through the use of movement, breath, gravity and discovering length in your spine.
Time: 11:30am - 13:30pm
Price: £20 (£18 concessions). If you book 3 sessions in advance, it's £50 instead of £60.
