Yoga in the Dark again!
We’re excited to re-introduce Yoga in the Dark or RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind) this Christmas season. It’ll be on Monday 8th December from 7:15 – 8:15pm.
RNIB is a charity that supports people with sight loss, their on-going initiative, ‘In The Dark’, helps to raise awareness of those living with limited vision and raise funds to make every day better.
We can’t believe it’s been 8 years since our last session. It was a sell-out event last time, and we raised lots for their charity. Let’s hope we can do it again!
Suggested donations will be on a sliding scale. It will be available live online as well.
We’ll create a lovely dimly lit studio space. It’s completely optional for you to use eye masks – Please feel free to take them off any time. We want the session to be interesting, fun and enjoyable!
Please book in advance as there are limited spaces in the studio. We have plenty of spots available online!
For those that can’t join the event and simply want to donate or give more. Please visit our JustGiving page.
This event is taught by Naomi Hayama, the owner of Bristol Yoga Centre. She has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, and specialises in Vision Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Somatic Movement.
