Vision Yoga Course

For Your Eyes, Mind and Body with Naomi

Monthly session starting March until July 2026  

Dates: 8th March, 12th April, 10th May, 14th June and 12th July  - Second Sunday of the month

Time: Sunday 11:00- 12:30pm  - monthly session

Costs: 

  • £75 for 5 sessions or £65 concessions  

  • Drop-in: £18 per class or £16 Concessions   

    Low-cost option £10 per class – this scheme is offered to people under financial pressure 

About the course

This enjoyable course will help to maintain and improve your eyesight, focus the mind and relax the body.  We’ll practice the Bates Method and Yoga to help clear our vision and discover deeper transformation.  

Our visual system consists of eyes, mind and body, so we’ll practice gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation to rebalance our vision.  We naturally see better when we’re relaxed and focused.

Together we will explore the intimate connection between our eyes, mind, body and emotion. We’ll learn that how we feel affects how we see, and in turn, how we see affects our physical and emotional state. 

Due to the holistic nature of the practice, people often find benefit far beyond their eyesight, improving mental clarity, coordination and better sleep.

All the techniques learnt in this course is gentle and accessible for everyone and Naomi will show you how to adapt the practice to suit you.  

 How to Apply

Open to all levels of students. Beginners are welcome!

We recommend that you book for the entire course but it’s possible to do one or more sessions.
