This workshop is a chance to practice a selection of poses that aid in relaxing and calming the mind and body. We will also explore the use of several breathing techniques to aid in our relaxation. There will be an extended guided relaxation session, so you might want to bring extra layers to keep yourself cosy & warm during the moments of stillness.
The studio is fully equipped so you’re welcome to use our blankets and props.
