Through mindfulness meditation, yoga and relaxation techniques, we will explore how to truly be with ourselves so that we can connect and grow with steadiness and ease. We will learn simple and effective techniques to be more present and mindful in our practice and everyday life. There will also be discussion on the benefits of mindfulness meditation and how to develop a regular practice.
Naomi Hayama has taught yoga for over 18 years and teaches weekly community mindfulness meditation and yoga classes on Wednesday morning from 10-11am.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners and those with more experience. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in as we will be doing a gentle movement practice.
