In our comprehensive yoga workshop, you will explore essential elements like strength, alignment, mobility, and balance that are required for nailing handstands. This is handstand practice combined with traditional yoga methods, body awareness techniques, and playful upside-down fun.
Nervous system recovery forms a pivotal part of our session, considering the importance of rejuvenation post skill learning. We incorporate periods of relaxation and restorative postures which help calm your nervous system and assist you in integrating the learning experience better. The workshop seeks to give you the tools you need to cultivate a sense of calm, strength, and inner balance - both on the mat and in life.
There will also be time for Q&A and discussion to aid in unraveling common roadblocks in handstand practice, or any questions you might have about what we’ve practiced.
