Monthly Satsang: The 8-limbed Path, Yama: Asteya (non-stealing)
We will move through the themes of santosha (contentment), gratitude, and abundance, and how our practice can be rooted in equity.
The Sanskrit word "satsang" combines "sat" meaning true, essence, reality and "sanga" meaning association or company. Each gathering follows a simple rhythm: practice, opportunity to share, repeat.
This workshop will be a blend of gentle asana (movement), mudras (sacred gestures), pranayama (breath regulation), dyana (meditation) and discussion. There will be space to reflect, share, journal or sit in contemplation.
