Breathwork for the Immune System with Peter

This is a dynamic breathwork session, part movement, part breathing technique and part meditation. It is designed to stimulate the nervous system, open up the respiratory system and improve blood flow. Giving you the tools to build resilience to stress and fortify your own immune system. Ancient yoga practices informed by modern scientific studies.

This 2 hour session is part practice and part theory so you can take away the knowledge and tools to deepen and inform your practice. 

​The session is aimed at people who have attended at least 5 yoga classes or breathwork/pranayama sessions before. But newcomers are very much welcome too!

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in, maybe a notepad and pen.

Peter Pearson is a yoga teacher and breath coach who has taught in gyms, crossfit boxes, yoga studios and dance studios across Newcastle upon Tyne and London since 2020.  He is also a mental health first aider

He works with public groups, private workshops and 1 to 1 sessions both online and offline, and is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and minds. Teaching people tools that can empower them to manage stress, build strength & flexibility for everyday life.
