Inspiring 5 week course focusing upon the foundations of Yoga with Kate starting Sunday 12:30 - 1:30pm from 16th January 2022. There will be both practical and theoretical elements to the course. The course is accessible for all ages, sexualities and backgrounds. Excellent for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their knowledge and practice.
Core components include:
Foundation poses - central Asana yoga poses
Breath
Philosophy - focus on 8 limbs of yoga.
Students would be encouraged to keep a journal/ diary and creating/ planning a home practice as part of the course. This is not mandatory and full support provided.
