A new beautiful lunchtime class incorporating a well-formed set of Pilates movement and with a golden thread of Yoga throughout, to ensure you are supported to your highest regard. This class is starting on Thursday 13th June from 12:45 - 1:45pm with Claire.

Beautiful, uplifting and precise movement skills.
In depth body awareness support.
The qualities of movement and how to apply them in posture.
How to understand and apply the difference between stability/fluidity within our movement awareness.
The class supports you to embody a slender strength, but with a grounded sense, so you can enjoy a steady feeling of light. Ultimately, the aim is to support you to maintain a high level of regard for your body in movement, your sense of being able to care and elevate yourself when needed with regular sessions that create a steady sense of progress within your world.
Claire also teaches on Monday mornings from 7:45 - 8:45am and Contemporary Dance and Yoga on Friday evenings from 7:00 - 8:15pm at the Bristol Yoga Centre.
