We’re introducing low cost spaces for limited number of people in some of our classes. These spaces are intended to further support those under significant financial pressures. Please pay full price if you can afford it, so that this offer can be taken by people who needs it most.
We also have Donation based and Community classes and these classes are open to everyone.

Yoga Course
A brand new 7 month healing Reiki & Yin Yoga course starting in January to July. This is a series of 2 hour monthly workshops taking you through the seven Chakras.
Yoga Workshop
Intro to Vision Yoga: Clarity for Eyes and Mind
Saturday 3:00 - 4:30pm 8th February
Naomi will show you an easy and relaxing way to look after your vision using Yoga, Bates Method and Somatic Movement. Through discussions and practice, we’ll explore the intimate connection between eyes, mind and body, and how Vision Yoga can enhance your wellbeing.
Bloom into 2025: The Year of the Snake
Sunday 11-1pm 9th February
As we are now in the year of the snake, which is associated with wisdom, transformation and mobility, Cecilia is hosting a yoga workshop to kick start the year!
We’re planning to put more interesting events later in the year too :)

Specialist Therapeutic Yoga Classes
All our classes are special but we have several unique therapeutic yoga classes at the Bristol Yoga Centre.
We wanted everyone to be able to access the excellent benefits of yoga and we’ve created these specialist styles. These classes are suitable for people with chronic pain, injuries or medical issues. It’s also great for beginners and those that want to take it slow and cultivate mindfulness and relaxation. Plus the teachers have several decades of experience in teaching yoga, so you’re in a safe hands!

Our friendly classes are small group size and suitable for all levels of students, including beginners. We also have most of the classes available online so you can join us from anywhere. Please book in advance.

Outdoor Yoga in the Summer
Fancy doing yoga outside? It’s a fantastic thing to do, especially if you’ve been cooped up all day.
We have Outdoor yoga with Naomi every Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm during the summer time. This is a weekly community yoga class in Horfield at the Civil Service Sports Club on Filton Avenue. Please note that this class is only available during Spring/Summer and the last class for this year is Thursday 26th September 2024.
There’s a lovely enclosed old boules court that we practice in when the weather is good and a spacious cabin right next to it when it’s bad, so we can run inside if we need. Bring warm clothes or a blanket if you get cold easily!

New Community Yoga Classes
We’re pleased to announce two new community yoga classes with our lovely existing yoga teachers. These are:
Tuesday 7:30-8:30am - Community Ashtanga Yoga with Aimee
Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm - Community Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Viki
Sunday 9:30 - 10:30am - Community Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Hana
Viki and Hana are fully qualified and experienced teachers that are knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. Viki is a busy full time physiotherapist for the NHS and Hana has two other weekly classes on Wednesday evening (Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga).
Our community classes are exactly the same as our other excellent classes but available at a reduced price. We created these to make our classes more affordable and there are cheaper class passes (multiple classes paid in advance) and further concessionary rates for students, NHS workers, unemployed, over 65's.
Everyone’s very welcome to attend and these classes are suitable for all levels of students including beginners. More details of our prices can be found here and there are other community classes and donation based class available.
Bristol Yoga Centre classes are available to attend in person and online.
New Donation Based Yoga Class
We’re really proud to announce another donation based class starting from September. Bebe, a new yoga teacher who has been offering a private donation based yoga class to her friends for several months, has recently decided to open it up to the public. This will be on Wednesday morning from 8-8:45am from 27th September. More details about the class will be released shortly.
Ella is now on her summer holiday and Cecilia and Natasha are taking over her community yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm until October.
Donation based and community classes are exactly the same as our other excellent classes but available at a reduced price. We understand yoga can be difficult to afford and we hope that this will help more people to access our brilliant teachers.
New Donation Based Mindfulness Meditation Class
We’re pleased to announce a new donation based Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga class with Naomi. This is a weekly class on Wednesday from 10-11am and suitable for all levels of students, including beginners.
Suggested donation amount is £5 or £4 for concessions but you can simply choose to pay what you can afford by selecting to register for free and paying what you can afford at the studio. Please bring cash along with you.
You won’t be turned away from lack of funds but we have limited spaces available, so please try and book in advance. Drop in students are welcome if there are spaces available in the class.

To make our classes more affordable, we now offer community classes, class passes and discounts.
Our community classes are exactly the same as our other excellent classes but available at a reduced price. Everyone’s very welcome to attend and these classes are suitable for all levels of students including beginners. In our studio, you can either attend a single class or to buy a class pass. Class passes are good value pre-paid cards that let you enjoy classes for less, you can either purchase an in-person card or an online card. Our online classes are also much cheaper way to attend.
