Come for a wonderful afternoon of yoga workshop with Travis. We’ll be working on our physical strength and stamina.
Using strong poses and flowing through some vinyasa, the aim is to improve our muscle function, joint stability, and overall strength.
The content of the practice is aimed at all levels (though attending a few regular classes before is advised) and the poses will be adjusted for each student to promote individual challenge and strength-building.
It's a three hour session, but there will be plenty of breaks throughout, a full relaxation, and time for questions, tea and cake at the end!
Price: £30pp (£25 concessions) – includes refreshments afterwards. Bring a small towel as well as normal yoga clothes.
