The session will include ;
A gentle partner Yoga Practice
Tools on how to be the best partner support for a pregnant mum in labour
Breathing exercises and awareness
Being prepared (forward planning tools for you both)
Spend time together while you both learn the most effective support tools useful to both your personal needs.
Date and Time : Sunday 5th April 1.30pm - 3pm
Price: £15 regular or £14 for concession
Teacher: Claire Robertson teaches weekly prenatal yoga class on Monday from 5:00 -6:00pm. She is a very experienced and qualified yoga, Pilates and dance teacher.
