Yoga and Mindfulness meditation workshop with Naomi Hayama at the Bristol Yoga Centre 2020

In this enjoyable 2 hour workshop, you will learn simple and effective techniques to help you to reduce stress and anxiety. We will practice some gentle rejuvenating movements, mindfulness meditation, breathing and relaxation methods. There will also be some useful theory and discussions during the class.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners and those with more experience. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in and avoid eating large meal prior to the class.

Naomi Hayama has taught yoga for over 16 years and teaches weekly community mindfulness meditation and yoga classes in Bristol.
