Using yoga and other relaxation techniques, we will explore how to get a better night’s sleep.
You’ll learn effective breathing and visualisation methods to help you to fall asleep. These can also be used to help you go back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night.
We’ll do gentle relaxing movement, palming and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) so that you can feel rejuvenated and restored. There will also be some discussions on circadian cycle and how to best support better sleep.
This workshop is suitable for everyone and you don’t need any experience of yoga to join. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in.
