To celebrate International Women’s Day, our Women’s yoga expert and a very experienced teacher, Claire is hosting a wonderful afternoon yoga class.
All abilities of students including beginners are welcome.
In this introduction to Vision Yoga, we’ll show you an easy and relaxing way to look after your vision using Yoga, Bates Method and Somatic Movement. Through discussions and practice, we’ll explore the intimate connection between eyes, mind and body.
In this workshop, we will practice easy to follow yoga and other therapeutic techniques to help alleviate common symptoms of perimenopause such as anxiety, sleep disturbance and cramps.
