Discover the power of conscious breathing in this enjoyable 2-hour yoga workshop focusing on pranayama (breathing practice).
We’ll do some movement and relaxation practice that naturally opens our breath and experience the relationship between asana (posture) and pranayama. We will also see how the breath can enhance focus and naturally bring us into a deeper meditative state.
There will also be time for group discussions on how regular breathing practice can reduce stress and anxiety as well as improving our overall fitness and well-being.
