Offering real tools for coping with daily stresses and demands through accessible yoga based fitness, breathwork and a talking group. A place to practice positive physical and mental health fitness together with the only goal to become a better man today than you were yesterday for yourself, your community and your life.
Suitable for all levels of students. This is in-person event only.
* No one will be excluded or denied entry, all genders are welcome but the purpose of the workshop is to encourage male identifying people to try yoga.

Peter Pearson is a yoga teacher and breath coach who has taught in gyms, crossfit boxes, yoga studios and dance studios across Newcastle upon Tyne and London since 2020. He is also a mental health first aider
He works with public groups, private workshops and 1 to 1 sessions both online and offline, and is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and minds. Teaching people tools that can empower them to manage stress, build strength & flexibility for everyday life.
