This will be fun and relaxing yoga with Naomi in a dimly lit room with optional eye masks! It will be a great opportunity to see how much we rely on our sight, and to experience yoga in a completely new way.
This unique class will help to relax the eyes and mind,and regulate the nervous system. It will also encourage essential components of yoga practice: Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation).
Open to all levels of students as the class will be tailored especially for the event.

This is a donation-based event. Suggested donation from £6 - £15.
Option to attend in person or live online - For online students, please have eye mask ready
Proceeds will go to RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People). To help to make every day better for those living with sight loss or limited vision.
Eye masks and eye pillows are available but feel free to bring your own. You can opt to just close your eyes if you prefer not to use them.
