Though Vision Yoga techniques, we’ll bring relaxation and focus to enable our creativity to naturally flow. This will be a holistic experience for your eyes, mind and body.
We’ll practice gentle movement, breathing and meditation to feel more connected and whole. Once we’ve settled into ourselves, we’ll explore creative ideas and activities in a fun and supportive environment.
You’ll discover how to slow down and be mindful – to simply enjoy the process and be less judgemental. You’ll be given freedom to experiment, so that your unique creativity can shine!
You don’t necessarily need to be able to draw, write or feel ‘artistic’ to join. You’re welcome to bring sketchpad, notebook, instrument, sewing kit or anything that you’d like to experiment with. There will be some materials and equipment available.
No prior experience of yoga is necessary as the practice will be accessible and gentle. You’ll also be shown how to adapt the practice to suit you.

About the Teacher
Naomi has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and specialises in Vision Yoga, Somatic Movement and Mindfulness Meditation. She’s often found sparks of inspiration from daily personal practice, and she’s interested in exploring how we can all create space for creativity. Naomi has BA (Hons) in Illustration and Animation.
