We have just scheduled a wonderful yoga for stamina workshop with Travis on Saturday 12th February from 2-5pm. It's a three hour session, but there will be plenty of breaks throughout, a full relaxation, and time for questions, tea and cake at the end!
This workshop will Use strong poses and flowing vinyasa to improve our muscle function, joint stability, and overall strength. It’s aimed at all levels ,though attending a few regular classes before is advised.
Travis has studied with many teachers across the country and have been teaching since 2012. Travis has a British Wheel of Yoga diploma in teaching yoga and is one of our most popular teachers at Bristol Yoga Centre.
