We have lots of therapeutic workshops and course scheduled this Autumn.
Movement and Sound Workshop with Naomi & Rounik on 13th November from 11-1pm
Yoga for Relaxation with Travis 3rd December from 2-5pm
Yoga for Better Sleep with Naomi 4th December from 2-4pm
There is also Yoga for Shoulders and Upper Body 4 weeks course starting from 19th November until 10th December from 11:15 - 12:30pm.
Our classes, workshops and courses are open to all ages and abilities so that everyone can receive the amazing benefits of yoga!
