We’re starting a new monthly Vision Yoga Course from Sunday 8th March from 11-12:30pm.
This course will help to maintain and improve your eyesight, focus the mind and relax the body. We’ll learn how we feel affects how we see, and in turn, how we see affects our physical and emotional state.
You can book the entire course or do one or more sessions. Suitable for all levels of students including complete beginners. Please book in advance.
