Tash is now back to teach weekly Wednesday night Yin and Yoga Nidra class from 7:30 - 8:30pm.
This class is a chance to find complete stillness within. Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will work with the meridians of the body to create energy shifts.
It will end with Yoga Nidra, a deep, harmonious relaxation that reawakens our most compassionate self to leave us feeling reconnected to ourselves and the world around us. Each week will be guided by the seasons, weather and cyclical nature of the natural world to facilitate deeper healing.
All levels of experience welcome. Tash is also teaching Art of Breathing workshop on 16th July 2022 from 11am-1pm. Available in person and online. Please book in advance!
