There are also lots of new classes and we are really looking forward to welcoming our fantastic new teachers along.

Fridays

10:00 - 11:00 Hatha Yoga with Naomi Hayama

12:00 - 13:00 Hatha Yoga with Naomi Hayama

It's best to book in advance and the best way to do this is to contact the teacher directly. The 7 week term costs £56 for daytime classes (£8 per class) and £63 for evening classes (£9 per class). We allow two class swaps per term when you sign up for the whole term. This way, if you need to miss a week or two, you can always make up for it by going to another class on our timetable. See here for terms and conditions.

Drop in costs £11 for daytime class and £12 for an evening class. We also have 5 class pack which costs £48 and £53 for day and evening respectively. The card is valid for two months and it's for use with the same teacher only. Daytime classes are usually an hour long and evening classes are an hour and fifteen minutes. There are concessions available on certain classes.

There are lots of other morning, lunch time and evening yoga classes running at the centre so visit here for more details.

Bristol Yoga Centre team are currently busy building the new website and creating a logo for the centre. I'm looking forward to sharing it with you soon. As usual, we are making it ourselves so bear with us (this is one of the reason why I'm getting some of my classes covered by other lovely yoga teachers).

I hope your enjoying spring :)

Everyday Yoga is getting a studio in Bristol

April 17, 2017 Naomi Hayama
Bristol Yoga Centre Opening

I'm super excited to announce that I will be taking over the Bristol Yoga Space Park Row studio from March 2017.  The studio has been operating for over 7 years and I've been teaching there since the year opened. I feel incredibly lucky to be given this opportunity, it also feels like a natural progression in my yoga teaching career.

There will be more Yoga & Pilates classes and workshops added to the timetable and there are lovely new yoga teachers joining the team. I've just brought some yoga props such as yoga belts, bricks, eye pillows, bolsters and Pilates bands so the studio will be fully equipped very soon.

I am taking over the popular Friday morning class from 10:00 - 11:00am and a brand new Friday lunch time class at 12:00 -1:00 pm will be added from next term (10th March 2017). The new term starts on the 6th March 2017. Please see here for more details.

The studio will continue to be called Bristol Yoga Space during the transitionary period but it will eventually change to 'Everyday Yoga'. A brand new website and logo will be launched around the same time too.

For details about the classes at the studio please visit the Bristol Yoga Space Park Row page. I look forward to welcoming you in this lovely new space.

I will keep you posted with more news!
