Maria is a qualified Living Yoga Method teacher, currently studying Advanced LYM Teacher Training to further cultivate her interest in breath work and deepen her understanding of the associated mental and physical benefits.
The Living Yoga Method is a branch of Hatha Yoga. Its creator, Steve Harrison, spent two decades researching, exploring and distilling what he learnt from his Master while in Rishikesh, India at the foothills of the Himalayas. The result is a practice that provides the tools to a happy and satisfying life that anyone can learn and integrate into their lives, therefore the name living yoga.
We’re currently offering 50% off for your first class for our new classes, so you can take advantage of this great offer and find out for yourself what LYM class is like!

New Vinyasa Flow Yoga
New weekly lunchtime Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Alice starting from 1:00 - 2:00pm on Wednesday 12th January 2022.
Alice has been practicing yoga since 2011 and is an accredited yoga teacher and yoga therapist, having completed over 900 hours of training. Alice discovered yoga in her early 20s and was immediately attracted to the physicality of asana, which allowed her to cultivate a sense of appreciation and acceptance of her body.
Alice believes yoga is for everybody and this is reflected in her teaching through the use of permissive language, props and offering options and variations. Alice always shares a variety of yogic tools in order for you to enjoy a well rounded practice. She encourages her students to work mindfully by guiding you towards a deeper listening and understanding of yourself.
Suitable for all levels of students including beginners.
