Join Tash for an afternoon of Yin and Yang yoga – a complete immersion into the opposing forces of strength and stillness, light and dark, masculine and feminine.
An antidote to a busy lifestyle, this workshop aims to provide practical tools to find balance in your daily life. To do so, we will explore the philosophy behind Taoist Yin Yang theory, simple take-home breathing techniques and yoga asana to find equilibrium in the whole body.
We will begin with an inward looking Yin practice to soften and still the mind before moving to a sequence to stabilise and strengthen the core, shoulders and lower body through Vinyasa. The final part of the workshop will be Yoga Nidra based meditation.
Suitable for everyone with the intelligent use of props and modifications.
