We will explore Nada yoga in this enjoyable 2 hour workshop with Naomi. There will be some gentle movement, self massage and breathing methods to free our voice and prepare for the session. We will cover accessible sound practices such as Bija Mantra, Pranava Aum and Ocean of OM. There will also be some discussion on the philosophy of Nada yoga.
Nada yoga is incredibly therapeutic and beneficial. It will naturally improve your breath and help you to feel relaxed and grounded. Nada Yoga is about listening, self expression and connection. Taking the time to mindfully listen allows a sense of great connection with others and bring you naturally into a meditative state. No musical talent or ability to sing necessary and beginners are very welcome.
