This yoga workshop will;
- explore and problem solve the challenges around sustaining a daily, nourishing practise, so you can build something beautiful for you.
- Give you the tools you need to design a daily routine personal for you.
- Give you the support and understanding on how to adapt your practise depending on your needs.
It’ll be interspersed with gentle, physical Yoga practises, hand mudras, breathing exercises and a deep relaxation to complete. By the end of the session you will have the tools you need to create a sacred space for you.

Claire Robertson has been teaching Yoga/Pilates for over 18 years. She provides a safe and supportive space so students can feel secure to practise, learn and build a support unique for them.
