October is Menopause Awareness Month!
In this workshop, we will practice easy to follow yoga and other therapeutic techniques to help alleviate common symptoms of Perimenopause and Menopause such as anxiety, sleep disturbance, hot flushes and cramps.
We will do gentle movement, breathing and relaxation so please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in.
There will also be time to chat and share our experiences in a safe and caring environment.
Naomi will discuss her personal experience and she’s written a blog post about her perimenopause journey, which you’re welcome to read.
Open to all levels of students including beginners - you don’t necessarily need to have practiced yoga before.
Although this workshop will focus on perimenopause and menopause, people who are in premenopause and postmenopause stages are all welcome.
Costs: £24 or £18 for concessions. This is In person even only.
Low cost spaces are also available for those that are under significant financial difficulties.
