Yoga and Pilates for Beginners with Claire

Join us for a exquisite workshop focusing on the core fundamentals needed within our yoga and pilates practise. Drawing on the beauty in both practices, we will focus on;

  • How our breath naturally informs our core control and strength.

  • The Yoga preparation exercises and understanding, both physical and spiritual. 

  • The fundamental core connections of the Pilates method.

The session will comprise of gentle movement, theory and practise, common concerns and challenges, and space for you to find a beginning practise thats gentle and supportive for you.

Costs: £24 or £18 for concessions. This is In person even only.

Low cost spaces are also available for those that are under significant financial difficulties.

Claire Robertson has been teaching Yoga/Pilates for over 18 years. She provides a safe and supportive space so students can feel secure to practise, learn and build a support unique for them.  Please do contact the teacher if you have any special requirements.
