New Classes from May @ Bristol Yoga Centre!

April 20, 2017 Naomi Hayama
New Yoga & Pilates Classes. Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates starting soon.

There are lots of exciting new classes starting at the Bristol Yoga Centre from May 2017. Here's the details:

Mondays 5:00 -6:00pm Pregnancy Pilates with Celia starting from 8th May

Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30pm Gentle Yoga with Pauline starting from 11th May

Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30pm Postnatal Pilates with Celia starting from 4th May

Fridays 5:30 - 6:45pm Women's Yoga with Mel starting from 5th May

Saturday 11:30 - 12:30pm Hatha Yoga with Pauline starting from 6th May

We are really pleased to welcome new Yoga and Pilates teachers Pauli Hambelton, Celia Stubbs and Mel Skinner. They are very experienced and highly qualified teachers so I'm sure you will really enjoy their classes.

We are proud to now offer classes for prenatal and postnatal women in our studio and Celia is a chartered physiotherapist with over 11 years experience and a special interest in women's health.

Mel's new Friday evening Women's Yoga (Shakti Yoga) is also suitable pregnant women as well as menopausal women. In fact, this class is excellent for all women including beginners and more experienced students.

Pauline has been teaching yoga for 15 years and trained as a classical ballet dancer. She will be offering gentle yoga and Hatha yoga.
