Each moon cycle brings with it the opportunity to tune into our inner world and the natural world. The Full Moon is associated with strength and heightened energy. It is a powerful time to meditate, reflect and be intentional as we move into the next cycle. If you want to feel more connected to natural cycles or generally to take time to pause and be present join us for some gentle movement, time for journaling and restorative yoga.
This session with Aimee will include guided cleansing breath and gentle movement. There will be time for journaling and reflection. We will then slowly move through positions which will explore your range of movement whilst using as many bolsters and blankets as you would like for support, helping you to relax the nervous system and release tension.
