We have two new community classes starting from November. These are exactly the same as our other excellent classes but available at a reduced price. Everyone’s very welcome to attend and these classes are suitable for all levels of students including beginners.
Wednesday 10:00 - 11:00 am - Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga with Naomi
Thursday 12:30 - 1:30pm - Yoga/Pilates with Claire
Thursday 7:30 - 8:30pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kirsty
Saturday 9:30 - 10:30am - Flow Yoga with Kate
There are option to attend a single class, to buy 5 class pass or sign up for the term. These classes are also available to attend in person or online. and it’s also available on MoveGB. More details of community class price can be found here and you can book through our website.
