New Yoga Events

We have exciting Yoga events coming up.

We’re offering a nourishing Reiki and Yin session on the Chakras with Hana every month focusing on Chakras.

Cecilia is starting a 4 week beginner friendly yoga course from Thursday 6th to 27th March.

There’s a lovely Women's yoga session with Claire for the International Women's Day on Sunday 9th March.

We’ve also scheduled a new Vision Yoga session with Naomi on Sunday 16th March from 11:30 - 12:45pm.

Viki, a physiotherapist and an excellent yoga teacher, is back and will be taking over weekly Tuesday evening class from 7:15-8:15pm.

All our events are suitable for all levels of students including beginners.

New Yoga Class

We’ve made some changes to our schedule and organised some new exciting yoga classes.

  • Monday 10:15-11:15am Mum and baby (postnatal) yoga with Claire - Starts 15th January

  • Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm Ashtanga yoga with Kate *New time

  • Thursday 6:45 - 7:45pm Flow and Restore Yoga with Cecilia

  • Sunday 9:30-10:30am Vinyasa Flow with Ella - starting 28th January

Beginners and more experienced students are all welcome. Most of the classes are available both in person and online. We’re also planning to offer a new monthly community yoga class on Monday evening and more information will follow soon.

Yoga Teachers offer Half Price Class

Breathe, Move and Release

Release body, mind and recharge your whole system at the weekly yoga class with Nicola Percy starting Wednesday 20th April from 6-7pm. At the moment, we’re offering 50% off your first class so come and try our new classes.

Nicola is a very experienced and fully qualified teacher so you’ll be well looked after wether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner. She draws inspiration from classical, modern and functional yoga to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra classes.

Connect from the inside out with a gentle warm-up leading to well-crafted sequences of asanas. Centre yourself with yoga breathing techniques and meditation. Explore how yoga works both on and off the mat.

Nicola will also be running a monthly Yin Yoga workshop starting from May 2022 so watch this space :)

10 Community Class Pass

Community Affordable Yoga Class

We’re introducing 10 community standard and concessionary class pass. In our studio, there are option to attend a single class or to buy 5/10 class passes. Class passes are good value pre-paid cards that let you enjoy classes for less, you can either purchase an in-person card or an online card.

Our community classes are exactly the same as our other excellent classes but available at a reduced price. Everyone’s very welcome to attend and these classes are suitable for all levels of students including beginners. Functional Yoga with Nadia

Group Yoga Class

New Functional Yoga with Nadia starting from Wednesday 3rd November at 6 - 7pm.

This is a yoga based movement class focused on building optimal body mechanics, mobility and strength. Expect exploratory asana practice, breath work and techniques from diverse movement enhancement systems.

New Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

New Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher, Amanda at the Bristol Yoga Centre

A Vinyasa class with Amanda is a journey of self discovery. The class begins by turning inward to listen to the bodies innate wisdom. The sequence begins slowly with a gentle warming of the body to prepare for a deeper dynamic flow. Once the peak has been climbed she will guide you down to a nourishing set of restorative poses designed to release any deep seated tension you may be carrying. Sprinkled with humour and fun, Amanda brings her unique style to the art of yoga, encouraging you to follow your own pace and bodies needs.

Her new weekly Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is on every Wednesday from 19:30 - 20:30pm starting from 30th October 2019. This class is closed from 11th December until 22nd January and will restart from 5th February 2020.

Free Trial Classes!

We are offering free trial classes for new students on selected classes from Monday 4th until Friday 8th November 2019. This will be a great opportunity for you to see some of our classes and meet our lovely teachers.

New Morning Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Class

New Power Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation class with Tash at the Bristol Yoga Centre

We are starting a dynamic Vinyasa yoga and calming meditation class on Tuesday morning from 3rd September 7:30 - 8:30 am with Tash Neely.

The class offers an equally nurturing and challenging experience that invites you to move in a way that feels good to you. Focussing on full breath and dynamic flows to make you feel bright, energised and ready for the day ahead, we will explore sun salutations and fluid movements that will wake the body, ending with a meditation to bring calm and clarity to the mind.

All levels of student are welcome to this class. Tash also teaches Yin and Yang Yoga on Sundays from 5-6:15pm.
