Our weekly prenatal Yoga and Pilates with Claire’s class time is changing from 4 - 5pm to 4:30 - 5:30pm from Monday 27th June.
This is a beautifully tailored prenatal class to support your pregnancy journey. Safe and effective exercises are combined with nourishing breathing techniques, deep relaxations and reassuring language to ensure you feel supported, equipped and focused.
Each session is designed to bring forth and enhance your skills in preparation for labour and beyond, whether you use the session as a much needed respite from your day or as a focused practice into motherhood
The class is available online and in person as well as on MoveGB. Please try to book in advance.
